Swiss Firms Seek To Bury SEC Insider Trading Suit

Law360, New York (February 14, 2012, 7:12 PM EST) -- Two Swiss investment firms targeted in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission insider trading suit urged a judge Tuesday to put an end to the case and reject the agency's request for a dismissal without prejudice so it could collect additional evidence.
