7th Circ. Paves Way For More Antitrust Actions Over Tie-Ups

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 8:30 PM EST) -- A recent Seventh Circuit decision reviving a lawsuit that accused a Chicago-area hospital system of abusing its increased market share in the wake of a merger lowers the bar for plaintiffs looking to lodge more private antitrust class actions over transactions, attorneys say.
