Ice Co. Says Price-Fixing Claims Fail Under Consumer Laws

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 7:52 PM EST) -- Arctic Glacier Inc. asked a Michigan federal court Tuesday to toss a pair of class actions alleging the company conspired with industry peers to fix the price of ice, saying two of the plaintiffs were attempting to disguise their antitrust claims as state consumer protection law violation allegations.
