Apple Seeks OK To Sue Bankrupt Kodak Over Patents

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 2:09 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Tuesday asked a New York bankruptcy judge for explicit permission to file complaints against Eastman Kodak Co. in the International Trade Commission and federal court for allegedly infringing patents that cover technology used in printers, digital cameras, digital video cameras and digital picture frames.
