NuVasive Can't Boot Patent After $101M Infringement Verdict

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 4:08 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday denied NuVasive Inc.'s attempts to nullify a patent related to spinal fusion surgery that is part of a portfolio of inventions for which NuVasive owes Medtronic Inc. $101 million following a jury's finding of infringement in September.
