Whole Foods, FTC Showdown Looms

Law360 (July 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge will start considering Tuesday whether other supermarkets compete with Whole Foods Market Inc. and Wild Oats Markets Inc., or if a merger of the two largest natural foods stores in the United States would stifle competition and lead to higher prices for consumers.
