No New Trial For Worker Class In AT&T OT Action

Law360, Los Angeles (February 15, 2012, 9:01 PM EST) -- A Connecticut federal judge on Tuesday refused to grant a new trial or overturn a jury verdict in favor of an AT&T Inc. subsidiary that was accused in a class action of improperly classifying a group of its managerial employees as exempt from federal and state overtime laws.
