Kodak's $950M DIP Agreement Gets Green Light

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 7:41 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge approved a $950 million debtor-in-possession facility Wednesday for Eastman Kodak Co. a day after Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and a host of technology companies raised concerns that the deal could impair their intellectual property licensing rights or defenses.
