Judge Won't Punt Ex-Saint Berger's Securities Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (February 15, 2012, 8:16 PM EST) -- A Louisiana federal judge refused Wednesday to toss one of multiple lawsuits accusing a former New Orleans Saints snapper of drawing teammates into an investment scheme surrounding a now-collapsed film company and of concealing his financial stake in the business.
