Ex-Merrill Broker Fined For Role In Greenlight Sell-Off Case

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 11:56 AM EST) -- The U.K.'s financial regulator has fined a former corporate broker at Merrill Lynch International £350,000 ($550,000) for disclosing inside information on an upcoming stock sale by British pub chain Punch Taverns PLC, the watchdog announced Thursday.
