Judge Approves Linerboard Plaintiffs' Expert Witness

Law360 (July 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An economist who argues that a group of linerboard manufacturers' alleged constricting of supply is tantamount to price-fixing will be permitted to testify as a plaintiffs' expert witness in the multidistrict antitrust class action, a federal judge ruled Monday.
