FDA Agrees To Give BPA Info To Enviros

Law360, Washington (February 22, 2012, 4:32 PM EST) -- An environmental group trying to ban bisphenol A from food packaging reached an agreement Friday with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to obtain documents that could shed light on the chemical's health effects.
