Comcast Dials Up Another Patent Suit Against Sprint

Law360, Los Angeles (February 22, 2012, 5:08 PM EST) -- A Comcast Corp. subsidiary on Tuesday accused Sprint Nextel Corp. of infringing four more of its communication patents, continuing Comcast's recent litigation offensive against its telecommunications rival.

The lawsuit brought by Delaware-based Comcast IP Holdings I LLC, takes aim at three Sprint subsidiaries headquartered in Overland Park, Kan.: Sprint Communications Co. LP, Sprint Spectrum LP and Nextel Operations.
