Fendi Seeks $20M More In Counterfeiting Damages In 2nd Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (February 22, 2012, 9:47 PM EST) -- A district court should have awarded an extra $20 million in damages in Fendi Adele SRL's trademark infringement suit against a trading company that supplied counterfeit merchandise to retailers, the Italian designer told the Second Circuit on Tuesday.
