Law360, New York (August 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The union of Whole Foods Market Inc. and Wild Oats Markets Inc. would most likely harm consumers by eliminating a major rivalry between the two of the country's largest natural foods that has forced them to drive down prices, a think tank has said.
