FTC Head Downplays Fears Over Privacy Report's Bite

Law360, New York (March 29, 2012, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The head of the Federal Trade Commission stressed to lawmakers on Thursday that the agency would not base the decision to bring an enforcement action on companies' failure to follow the recommendations in its new online privacy report.
