Part C Insurers Could Face Mandatory Fraud Reporting

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 5:57 PM EST) -- The federal Medicare agency said it would consider requiring Medicare Advantage insurers to report potential fraud, as well as data on how they combat fraud, in response to a Friday report that found Advantage insurers vary wildly in their fraud-prevention efforts.
