Chevron Unit Urges 2nd Circ. To Overturn Attys' DQ

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 8:12 PM EST) -- A Chevron Corp. unit told the Second Circuit on Thursday that a lower court did not have the power to disqualify its counsel, Freeborn & Peters LLP, from an arbitration proceeding filed by an insurer over a 30-year-old reinsurance agreement.
