Patton Boggs, Others Settle Frivolous-Lawsuit Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (February 24, 2012, 4:09 PM EST) -- Corporate Valuation Advisors Inc. has reached a resolution of its $3 million lawsuit against Patton Boggs LLP and two other law firms it accused of helping clients file malicious racketeering and securities suits over the valuation of certain patents, attorneys said Friday.
