Auto Lights Co. Exec To Admit Price-Fixing Role: DOJ

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 7:10 PM EST) -- The former chairman of a Taiwanese aftermarket auto lights manufacturer will plead guilty to participating in a conspiracy to fix prices of replacement vehicle lights that is the subject of an ongoing federal probe, the U.S. Department of Justice said Friday.
