Environmentalists, Unions Sue EPA Over Pesticide

Law360, New York (August 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A coalition of advocacy groups and unions, including the United Farm Workers of America and the National Resources Defense Council, has filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in an attempt to force the agency to ban the use of allegedly deadly pesticides.
