Fujitsu, Nanya To Consolidate DRAM Suits

Law360, New York (August 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has cleared the way for Fujitsu Ltd. and Nanya Technology Corp. to combine their patent and antitrust disputes over computer memory devices, and has sided with Fujitsu in deciding that the patent claims should be dealt with first.

Judge Claudia Wilken ruled Wednesday that Nanya’s suit will be consolidated with Fujitsu’s action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
