Lehman Europe Says Trustee Shortchanged It By $7B

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 11:21 PM EST) -- The European brokerage arm of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. on Friday again blasted the $8 billion claim allowed by the trustee overseeing the liquidation of the failed investment bank's U.S. brokerage and said its customers are owed at least $7 billion more.
