Goodwin Procter Nabs Ex-US Atty For NY White Collar Group

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 2:14 PM EST) -- An former assistant U.S. attorney with the Southern District of New York who helped prosecute investment adviser Kenneth Starr and others has jumped to the white collar crime and government investigations practice of Goodwin Procter LLP, the firm announced Tuesday.

William J. Harrington is joining Goodwin's New York office as a partner in its litigation department, according to the firm. There, he will focus on representing clients in white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions, regulatory probes and actions, internal investigations and commercial litigation, the firm said....
