Commerce To Review Duties On Chinese Bedroom Furniture

Law360, New York (February 28, 2012, 4:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce said it would review anti-dumping duties on 2011 wooden bedroom furniture imports from China, according to a Federal Register notice set to run Wednesday.

The U.S. International Trade Administration, which falls within Commerce, plans to conduct an administrative review of the duty order on imports for the period between Jan. 1, 2011, and Dec. 31, 2011, with respect to some 200 companies, the notice said. The ITA expects to wrap up the review by January of next year.
