HHS Finds $1B in Home Health Medicare Claims Miss Data

Law360, Washington (February 29, 2012, 8:17 PM EST) -- Home health agencies are not meeting federal reporting requirements for Medicare payments, and more than $1 billion in 2009 Medicare payments are missing assessment data, according to a report Monday from the U.S. Department of Heath and Human Services' inspector general.
