Chicago Rallies Against BP's Planned Expansion

Law360, New York (August 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The mayor of Chicago has said he will consider resorting to legal action against British Petroleum PLC if talks with the company and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency fail to keep it from dumping more pollutants into the Great Lakes.
