Furniture Co.'s $6.4M Duties Claim Survives In Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 8:17 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday refused to back a lower court’s ruling that Furniture Brands International Inc. is not entitled to a $6.4 million share of anti-dumping duties assessed against Chinese furniture exporters, saying the case may still have issues to resolve.
