Chemtura Buries Another Hatchet Over Price Fixing

Law360 (August 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Chemtura Corp. has brokered a $15 million settlement with class plaintiffs over its alleged role in a conspiracy to fix polyester polyol prices.

The settlement agreement, filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, puts to rest claims against Chemtura brought by class plaintiffs Skypark Manufacturing LLC, Maine Industrial Tires Ltd. and Urethane Products Industries Inc.
