Winston & Strawn Adds Partner To Its IP Practice

Law360, New York (August 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former intellectual property partner at Nixon Peabody has joined Winston & Strawn, a move he thinks will grow his practice before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Raymond Van Dyke will work in the Washington D.C. office, focusing on technology and intellectual property counseling, procurement, licensing, and litigation in federal courts and the ITC.

Van Dyke said he was prompted to make the move because, “Winston & Strawn is a well-known firm with a wonderful platform for my practice.”
