Commerce Finds Chinese Cos. Didn't Dump Frozen Shrimp

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 5:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that the two largest Chinese exporters of frozen warmwater shrimp to the U.S. did not sell products in the States at below market value from February 2010 through January 2011, the agency said Thursday.

In the preliminary results of its anti-dumping order on frozen warmwater shrimp for the period, Commerce has found that the two largest exporters, Hilltop International and Zhanjiang Regal Integrated Marine Resources Co. Ltd., should not have to pay duties, the agency said in document released...
