3 Chinese Steel Wheel Cos. Won't Face Retroactive Duties

Law360, Los Angeles (March 1, 2012, 4:29 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Administration on Thursday rejected domestic manufacturers' claims that massive imports by three Chinese companies raised concerns of critical circumstances in an anti-dumping probe of certain steel wheels, while finding such circumstances exist with respect to other Chinese importers.

“We preliminarily determine that critical circumstances do not exist for imports of steel wheels from the three mandatory respondents — the Jingu Cos., Centurion Cos. and Xinmin Cos.,” the U.S. Department of Commerce agency announced.
