Deloitte Takes Aim At AMR Trustee's 'Radical' Policy

Law360, New York (March 1, 2012, 5:17 PM EST) -- Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd. on Thursday pilloried claims by the U.S. Trustee in AMR Corp.’s bankruptcy case that the accounting firm cannot advise the American Airlines Inc. parent unless all of its professionals divest AMR stock, calling the position "radical."
