The Clock Is Ticking On ADA Accessibility Compliance

Law360, New York (March 9, 2012, 1:01 PM EST) -- Ideally, entities covered by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.) are well aware of the ADA accessibility standards amendments enacted in September 2010 and effective, in some respects, on March 15, 2011.

If not, now is the time to get up to speed and come into compliance as the changes go into full effect on March 15, 2012.
