UBS Race Bias Case Transferred To Maryland

Law360 (August 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge presiding over a race discrimination suit against UBS Financial Services brought by seven African-American brokers has sided with the investment firm and transferred the case from the District of Columbia to Maryland.
