Miller Widow Asks Full 6th Circ. To Tackle Sony Rights Row

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 7:17 PM EST) -- Country singer Roger Miller's estate asked the Sixth Circuit on Thursday to rehear a suit against Sony/ATV Publishing LLC over renewal copyrights for “King of the Road” and other songs, saying the appeals court's ruling for Sony conflicted with existing case law.
