Agencies Exempt From Va. Anti-Fraud Act In Climate Suit

Law360, New York (March 5, 2012, 7:38 PM EST) -- The Virginia Supreme Court held on Friday that the University of Virginia and other state agencies do not have to comply with the attorney general's request for documents in investigations involving government funds, nixing a probe into possible fraud in the grant applications of a former university climate change scientist.
