Noble Escapes Anadarko's $24M Suit Over Oil Rig Damage

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 4:18 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday dismissed Anadarko Petroleum Corp.'s $24 million suit against Noble Drilling (U.S.) LLC over oil-rig repair costs resulting from a 2008 hurricane, ruling Noble lived up to the terms of its contract with Anadarko and owes its fellow contractor nothing.
