Rajaratnam May Testify In $5M Tax Shelter Case

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 1:18 PM EST) -- Hedge fund founder Raj Rajaratnam, who was convicted of insider trading last year in a blockbuster trial, could soon find himself back in court testifying about tax shelter advice he received, according to documents filed Friday in New York state court.
