China To Investigate Korean Optical Fiber For Dumping

Law360, New York (March 6, 2012, 3:34 PM EST) -- China’s Ministry of Commerce said Monday it will launch an interim review on dumping and dumping margins for imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber originating from South Korean companies LS Cable & System Ltd. and Optomagic Co. Ltd.

Other products, such as optical fiber of other models, optical fiber cluster and optical fiber cable are not subject to the investigation, according to the ministry.

The value involved in the case is $20 million, the ministry says.
