American Apparel CEO Triumphs In Loan Dispute With Ex

Law360, Los Angeles (March 6, 2012, 5:27 PM EST) -- A California jury sided Tuesday with American Apparel Inc. founder and CEO Dov Charney in a dispute with ex-girlfriend Koi Suwannagate, finding the couture designer owes him $500,000 for unpaid loans and rejecting claims he nearly destroyed her fashion business.
