Export Control Reform Moves Ahead With New Centers

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 8:50 PM EST) -- In a move that could amp up the number of enforcement actions brought against companies with lax compliance efforts, two multi-agency centers created to beef up the federal government's administration of its export control system officially opened Wednesday, the White House announced.
