Takeda Hid Diabetes Drug's Heart Risks, Ex-Reviewer Says

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 7:36 PM EST) -- An ex-Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. medical reviewer has sued the Japanese drugmaker and its U.S. unit for allegedly concealing the heart failure risks of diabetes drug Actos and causing false claims to be filed to Medicare and other federal programs, according to court documents unsealed last month.
