Madoff Fund Investor Wants PwC Fraud Case Reopened

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 6:40 PM EST) -- An investor who lost $60 million investing in a Madoff feeder fund asked the Second Circuit on Wednesday to reopen a fraud case against the fund's auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, saying he has evidence PwC ignored a host of red flags.

G. Philip Stephenson lost all of a $60 million investment he trusted with Greenwich Sentry LP, a Connecticut-based fund that directed almost of all of its money to Bernard L. Madoff's Investment Securities LLC.
