Ex-Navy Worker Cops To Disclosing Bid Info To Booz Allen

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 7:35 PM EST) -- A retired U.S. Navy employee pled guilty in Maryland on Wednesday to giving Booz Allen Hamilton information about a Navy contract on which the company was bidding in order to improve its chances of winning the pact.

Gregory Roger Penk, a 64-year-old resident of Patuxent River, Md., faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. He copped to one count of disclosing contractor bid, proposal information or source selection information.
