Mich. High Court Won't Hear Detroit Bridge Owner's Appeal

Law360, New York (March 7, 2012, 11:29 PM EST) -- The Michigan Supreme Court has declined to take up the appeal of the billionaire owner of Detroit's Ambassador Bridge and its president after an appeals court upheld their imprisonments for not complying with a court order to finish work on the bridge, Wednesday news reports said.
