E. Texas Unveils E-Discovery Model To Curb Patent Costs

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 6:48 PM EST) -- The Eastern District of Texas last week proposed a model e-discovery order aimed at reining in discovery costs for patent cases, which is based on but not identical to one presented by Federal Circuit Chief Judge Randall Rader in September.
