Sears Petroleum Wins Patent Suit Vs. Cargill

Law360 (March 16, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal jury in New York has returned a verdict in favor of Sears Petroleum and Sears Ecological Applications on all counts in a patent suit against agricultural conglomerate Cargill, Inc. over a technology for road salting.
