Fed. Circ. Told $625M Apple Patent Verdict Should Be Revived

Law360, Washington (March 8, 2012, 1:55 PM EST) -- A judge was wrong to scrap a $625 million patent infringement jury verdict against Apple Inc. over features of its operating system software, because Apple had made use of the patented inventions and instructed others to do so, Mirror Worlds LLC told the Federal Circuit on Thursday.
