Atty's Bond Market Antitrust Claims Don't Hold Up, Banks Say

Law360, New York (March 8, 2012, 8:42 PM EST) -- A supposed market for airport financing bonds separate from the larger municipal bond market is too narrowly defined to sustain an attorney's claims that major banks conspired to suppress her patented financing method, the banks' attorney told a New York state judge Thursday.
